Experience:- 5+ Years

Skills:-

1) Strong technical knowledge of Laptop and Desktop hardware components, operating systems, and software applications.

a) Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

b) Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting over the phone, email, or in person.

2) Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols to troubleshoot network-related issues that may impact Laptop, Desktop , Printer, Projector performance.

3) Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the laptop and desktop industry to provide the best possible service to customers.

4) Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site support

Extra skills of handling Bio-Metric, CCTV devices etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
